IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION - please read this if you are a Junior or Parent of a junior.

If you are registering here for a junior please complete the additional PARENT/GUARDIAN section at the bottom of the JUNIOR MEMBERS PAGE once you have logged back in as them. We will send you an email with your log in details. Then, once you have registered your child, signed them up to the EH COVID AGREEMENT and updated their record, you will need to register yourself and select PARENT in the TYPE field. England Hockey and Track & Trace need to know everyone who is present at a training session which could include you as a parent in your safeguarding role. You can use the SAME email address but must use a DIFFERENT pasword for your own record.

Once you have registered we will send you an email to confirm, so log back in as yourself  to complete the process for your record.  You can then book the same session as your child.

1. Use the link on the junior members screen to register with EH your agreement to follow their rules.

2. Update your own record to tell us you have done this and add the date.

3. Log out - then back in again to your record and repeat the process for each person.

4. It will now be possible to BOOK the Sunday sessions as a list of sessions will appear below your record. You MUST book your child AND yourself to each session.

Completion notes:

1. You do not have to fill in all fields -

4. The team field will be handy for us if we need to contact a sub-set of the club - as will the umpiring and coaching fields.
5. Please indicate your willingness and level of umpiring and coaching. This will help us to monitor and contact umpires and coaches easily.
6. Subscription payments will be shown when you access the MEMBERS AREA and view your complete record. Please give us a little time to update this before you tell me it is wrong.
7. You can login and edit/delete your record as you think fit. You will not be able to access protected sections of the website without registering.

After completing this form you will be sent a confirmation email. Please note that we need to check entries before you are allowed to enter the site, so please make sure you have given us the correct contact details and information about yourself.

DATA SECURITY - Only you and the database administrator will be able to see all of your data. Other members will be able to see a basic sub-set of the data so that people can be contacted easily, similar to the fixture card.

Captains and other elected members will be able to see more of your record so that they can conduct their duties more effectively. Your full information will NEVER be made available to non-club and non-elected members.
